Step 1: Contact us using our inquiry form
Please let us know your name, email address, phone number (optional), your baby’s name, and your baby’s weight, height, and date of birth at the time of ordering.

Step 2: Our staff will contact you by email or phone
We will confirm the design and image you have in mind, and share the production schedule with you at this stage.

Step 3: Quote issuance and payment
We will issue a quote, and ask that you transfer payment to the designated bank account. Once we confirm receipt of payment, the order is officially confirmed and production will begin. Please note that any bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Step 4: Shipping
Please wait for your item to be completed and shipped. We will notify you by email once the item is finished. Shipping is free of charge.
